1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic (or garlic salt)
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Brush chicken on both sides with lemon juice mixture. Place in broiler. Broil 6 inches from heat for 15 minutes; brush occasionally with lemon juice. Turn, broil, brushing with remaining mixture 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp and nicely browned. Serve with pan juices spooned over.
