1 lb ground pork
1 cup water
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Dash nutmeg
Dash sage
Dash pepper
Dash salt
Pie crust - top and bottom; make your own, or use frozen, or refrigerator store bought type.

Directions:
Brown ground pork; if lean, no need to drain once brown. Add onions, seasonings, bread crumbs and water. Simmer for about 1/2 hour stirring to make sure it doesn't stick to pan.
Line bottom crust in pie plate, add pork mixture , cover with top crust, and make vent slits or pick with fork. Bake at 350 F until crust is golden brown. Can be frozen; best to bake from thawed.
