3- 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese
1- cup of sugar
3- eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine (I do not use butter for this recipe)
1-t Vanilla

Graham Cracker Crust
16- graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup melted margarine
1-T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients of crust together and pat into bottom of a spring form pan. Set aside.

With Mixer, Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat well. Add eggs 1 at a time mixing well in between. Add melted margarine and vanilla and pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.

MUST have preheated oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 375 (Sides of cake are set however it may be jiggly in the middle). Take out and let it cool on the counter in spring form pan. Then place cheesecake in spring form pan in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight is better.
