2 lb hash browns thawed
½ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 pint of sour cream
2 lbs of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter with onions and simmer until translucent. Then add cream of chicken soup, cheese and sour cream, add some Nature’s seasoning for taste and mix and then fold in hash browns. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan and Bake at 350 for at least one hour till slightly brown and bubbly!
