Summer Salsa

1 lime
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 large ripe peach, unpeeled and chopped
1 large red or purple plum, unpeeled and chopped
1 large apricot, unpeeled and chopped
½ cup dark sweet cherries, pitted and chopped
½ cup seedless green grapes, chopped

Just before serving, prepare Summer Salsa: From lime, grate ¼ teaspoon peel and squeeze one-tablespoon juice. In medium bowl, stir lime peel and juice, sugar, and chopped fruit until combined.

Sweet Tortilla Chips

4 flour tortillas
1-tablespoon butter, melted
1-tablespoon sugar
pinch of ground cinnamon

To make chips: Brush tortillas with butter and then sprinkle sugar/cinnamon combination over them. Cut up into chips and then spread on cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Store chips in a tightly covered container.

To serve, spoon salsa on chips….Enjoy!!
