3 eggs
1 c skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 T orange juice concentrate
Slices of French bread
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in blender
Pour into glass baking dish
Arrange slices of French bread
Sprinkle with coconut and brown sugar and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
