Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe

1 package Oreos -- crush
1/2 cup butter/margarine
Combine with crushed Oreos and press into 13x9 pan

1/2 gal. vanilla icecream. Slice in 3/4-1inch slices and lay over oreo crust.
Put in freezer.

Combine, in pot on stove,
4oz Bakers Chocolate
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1 cup sugar
Bring to boil, and boil 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and spoon over ice cream layer.

Top w/ cool whip and cherries. (Sometimes I shave Hershey chocolate bars and top w/cool whip.
