2 8 oz. pkgs. Philly cream cheese; softened

1 8 oz. tub Kaukauna sharp cheddar cheese; softened

1/2 of a medium onion chopped very finely in food processor

11/2 - 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Directions:

Mix together in mixer.

Line a bowl with cling wrap, put mixture in and fold wrap over to cover mixture.

Let set overnight.

Remove from wrap and roll in chopped pecans.

~Can be made a few days ahead of time.
~Enjoy! The recipe can be divided to make two smaller cheeseballs.
