1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Sugar for top, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar, margarine and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients. Spread batter in a greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake in a 350º oven for 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake. Cut into bars immediately.
