7 cups of flour
4 1/2 cups of shortening
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 12 oz can of Coke Cola

Coating
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and ground cinnamon then add the shortening; mix until it becomes a dough. Spread out with rolling pin and roll out. Cut to desired shapes. Or just hand roll each cookie. Place in cookie sheet and press them down with a fork in a crisscross shape. Bake in a 250° preheated oven and bake until lightly browned. Remove and sprinkle with a mixture of Cinnamon and sugar while the cookies are warm. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
