2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 cup flour
1/2 cup bran flakes crushed
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup shredded apple
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and oil, add eggs. Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add apple with dry ingredients add raisins and nuts. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Bake @350 for 10 minutes. Cookies should be pretty brown in color.
