1 c sugar
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c shortening
1 egg
13/4 c quick cook oatmeal
1 c mashed bananas

Sift all dry ingredients cut in shortening Add to mixture egg, oatmeal and banana drop tsp on un-greased cookie sheet Bake 350 degrees for 10–12 minutes
