2.5-3 lbs browned ground beef
1- 19 oz can Tomato Juice
1- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1- large can Tomato Paste
1- can tomato soup
1- large chopped onion
3- branches chopped celery
2- cans mushrooms or 1 pint fresh
3- tbsp brown sugar
3- bay leaves
1- tsp red pepper
2- tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt or cloves of fresh garlic to taste
Directions:

Brown the ground beef
Add remaining ingredients and stir
Simmer for 5 hours stirring occasionally.
