1 pt. select oysters
1 pt. Half and Half
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Paprika or Old Bay

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium skillet.
Slightly drain oysters and add to melted butter.
Heat until the oyster sides ruffle. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add Half and Half and heat to serving and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Sprinkle with a bit of paprika or Old Bay for color.

Warning:
If you cook the oysters too long, they get rubbery.
Any seafood gets tough and tasteless if you cook it too long.
