1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of peanut butter
1 (300g) bag of butterscotch chips
1 (200g) bag of mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt together butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips on very low heat until mixed, stirring constantly.
2) Remove from heat and cool for a bit (so as not to melt the marshmallows).
3) Stir in mini marshmallows
4) Line 11" X 13" pan/dish with parchment paper (or grease pan)
4) Pour mixture into pan and refrigerate
5) Remove from fridge and cut into small 1-1/2" squares
