1 T. olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1.25 lbs lean ground turkey
½ cup fresh bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Ground black pepper
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (Heinz)
2 slices turkey bacon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat, add onion and garlic, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and cool 5 minutes. (You can skip this step if you want and put them in raw)

Add turkey, bread crumbs, egg, catsup to onion mixture, mix well. Form into a loaf in a square baking pan, leaving space on either side. Spread chili sauce on top, then place two bacon strips lengthwise on top. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until no longer pink in center. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing. 6 servings
