Pork Chops
salt and pepper
Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a little oil. Put chops in bottom of deep casserole. Slice several varieties of apples place on top of chops. Sprinkle with a generous handful or so of brown sugar.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
