1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli
1 pint half and half
2 c. water
1 lb velveeta
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli until tender. Place the half and half and water in large pan. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli. Mix cornstarch and 1 c. water together. Stir into cheese mixture slowly. Stir and heat over medium until soup thickens.
