3 Cups Sugar
11/2 Sticks Margarine
1/2 Cup Cocoa
9 3/4 oz. Can Carnation Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil, keeping mixture stirred while cooking. When it comes to a rolling boil cook for 6 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and put in a mixing bowl. Beat until icing is cool enough to spread. Makes enough for a 2-3 layer cake.

If doubling recipe cook for 9 1/2 minutes.

Best put on frozen layers.
