1 lb. deli style corned beef, chipped
1 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
32 oz. sauerkraut (drain very well)
8 oz. bottle of Thousand Island dressing
12 slices of buttered rye bread, cut in approx. 1" cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In the bottom of a 13 x 9 casserole, layer the sauerkraut, then the corned beef, dressing, Swiss cheese and then top with the buttered rye bread cubes. Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly to set before cutting.
