6 Boneless Chicken Breasts or thighs
1 tbsp. Honey
6 Limes (1 per serving)
Couple shots of your favorite hot sauce (we use Louisiana Hot Sauce)
2 smashed garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
Pepper to taste

Mix honey, lime, hot sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a large Ziplock bag. Add the chicken and coat all of the pieces, let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 but no more than 6 hours.

Grill until done.

You can bake the chicken at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. but it is best grilled. Caity came up with this recipe when she was 8 years old. We have this a lot in the summer, because it is very tasty and easy to make.
