garlic salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash and cut up the squash as if you were going to fry it. Steam until soft enough to squish with a fork. Add butter and cheese to an 8X8 oven-safe casserole dish. (You may not need the whole block of cheese. Just use your judgment.) Use a fork and mix all together (squishing squash). Pour some canned milk in and microwave until all cheese is melted. Crumble ritz crackers and mix in until desired consistency. Add black pepper and garlic salt to taste. Crumble ritz crackers on top and add grated cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until cheese is lightly browned.
