2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt in large bowl.

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine and bring to a boil butter, water and cocoa.

Beat eggs, buttermilk, vinegar, baking soda and vanilla. Add this beaten mixture to the dry ingredients. Add boiling mixture to the bowl and stir to combine.

Pour into prepared cookie sheet (greased and floured).

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Ice while warm.
