1 7 oz. pkg. ring macaroni or Ditalini
1 16 oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
1 onion, finely chopped (Vidalia when in season)
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
1 med cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped

Dressing
1 1/2 C Miracle Whip Light
1/3 C sugar or Splenda
1/4 C tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cook macaroni according to package directions to al dente. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. In large bowl add pasta and vegetables. Whisk dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, better if overnight.

3/4 cup equals 150 calories, less if you use Splenda. But, you will not be able to stop at 3/4 cup!! This is a great pot luck dish because it makes such a big batch
