1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 T. grated onion
1 container Roka Cheese (glass container)
1 1/2 c. Mayo
1 tsp. Savita (melted in 1 T. water)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese, grated onion and Roka Cheese, then add the mayo and Savita. Blend well. Makes about 1 qt. Serve with raw veggies.

Grandma served this a lot in the 1980's. You used to be able to find Savita at Petty's. You can also use Vegex. It is found at most grocery stores. Vegex spices are Ok to use but it is better if you used the spread. It is almost like Vegemite.
