Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Waverly Wafers or Club Crackers
l c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter (no substitute)
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with foil, making sure it goes up the sides. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray. Line the foil with the crackers, laying side-by-side and close together. Break crackers to fit if necessary. In a saucepan on medium heat, boil the butter and sugar for 4 minutes. Only stir once or twice. Pour over crackers, spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips. When chips are softened, spread over crackers to make frosting. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool, and cut in pieces or break apart. I find you need more than 6 oz. chips and I like to combine chocolate and butterscotch chips to swirl together. Delicious sweet treat!
