Preheat oven to 500 degrees.


Remove prime rib from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.

Multiply the weight of the meat, by 5… that gives you the amount of minutes it will need to cook.
Salt and pepper the roast.
Put into roasting pan and put into the oven.
Roast for the amount of minutes (from multiplying).
DO NOT OPEN FOR TWO HOURS!!! At that time, open the door, slice roast..serve. No need to let it "rest" on the counter.
