4 skinless boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk
Italian Bread Crumbs
Vegetable or Peanut Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips. Beat egg and milk in bowl. Place Bread crumbs in a Ziplock bag. Dip chicken strips into egg mixture and then shake coated chicken in the bread crumbs, in the Ziplock bag. Heat 1/2-inch hot oil in a skillet and fry chicken strips until golden brown.
