2 c sliced peaches
2 T flour
¾ c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Crumb topping:
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c flour
¼ c butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, and salt together. Add beaten eggs, cream with vanilla and nutmeg. Combine all ingredients. Fold in peaches and spoon into unbacked pie shell. Bake at 400 for 15 min and at 350 for 30 min. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 10 min at 400.
