2 tbsp Hellmann's light mayo
1 cup lightly packed baby spinach leaves, chopped
2 tbsp chopped almonds
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
6 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together mayo, spinach, almonds, crumbs, and cheese. Place chicken breasts on parchment paper and spread evenly with mixture. Roast in 425ºF oven for about 16 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
