2/3 cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ tsp mint extract
6 to 8 drops green food color
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) In a large bowl beat butter on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping bowl occasionally.
3) Beat in egg, milk, vanilla, mint extract and green food coloring until combined.
4) Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour with a wooden spoon.
5) Stir in semisweet chocolate chunks.
6) Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
7) Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 minutes.
8) Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
