1 package Strawberry Jello
3/4 c. Hot water
1 pack strawberries
1 c. Tequila
3/4 c. Cointreau (triple sec)
Melted chocolate for dipping
Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off the top of the strawberries, and use a melon baller or small knife to scoop out the inside. Then slightly cut off the bottom tip of the strawberries so they will stand up to fill. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Dip the bottom tip of the strawberries into melted chocolate and stand them up on the wax paper lined tray. Mix Jello with 3/4 c. hot water and let jello dissolve, the add tequila and Cointreau. Pour mixture into each strawberry. Place tray into fridge for 4 hours to set before serving. When ready to serve, garnish each strawberry with whipping cream and serve!
