"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix yeast, sugar, and 1 cup of warm water together in a small bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes or until the yeast is foamy.

In a large bowl combine flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture and mix well, the mixture will be sticky. Lightly flour a flat surface and knead the dough for 3-5 minutes.

Lightly oil a large bowl and place the dough in it, rolling it slightly in the oil and cover with a damp, clean towel. Let sit until it is doubled in size (about an hour). After the dough has risen punch it down and divide it into 2-5 sections (You can make 2 medium size pizzas or 5 single size pizzas with the dough).
