1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb kielbasa chopped into 3/8 to 1/2 inch slices
2 bacon strips diced and cooked
2 cups un-cooked minute rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp parsley
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 large head cabbage, chopped (thin)
8 oz can tomato sauce
12 oz can tomato soup
1 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes diced up with juice
16 oz can chicken stock
1 Tbsp garlic diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the bacon until just turning brown, add butter, garlic, onion and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes more. Remove from heat and set aside.

Par-boil the cabbage for 5 minutes, remove from heat, drain and allow to cool.

Mix eggs, rice, parsley and (ground meats) and ˝ can tomato soup together.

In a large bowl combine all remaining liquids and the sauté of onions, bacon and garlic stir well.
Layer the cooled cabbage on the bottom of a large Crockpot (8 qt preferred), add tablespoon size of the meat mixture all over, add the kielbasa and add some of the liquid mixture.
Continue to build layers of cabbage and meat and the remainder of sauce.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Crockpot at hot for 3 to 4 hours.
