2 lbs. ground hamburger
6 medium cans dark red kidney beans
2 lg, cans peeled tomatoes
4 small cans tomato sauce
1 lg. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lg. green pepper, diced
2 T. cumin
2 T. chili powder
1 T. ginger
2 T. salt
2 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain dark red kidney beans and rinse. Set aside.
2. Brown ground beef. Drain off some of the grease and add chopped onion, frying in browned hamburger until onions are translucent. Add chopped green peppers and crushed garlic. Mix in kidney beans and seasonings. Add tomato sauce and peeled tomatoes. Heat to slow rolling boil then simmer for 2-3 hours or place in crockpot for 4-6 hours.
