Halibut, cut into strips (about 1” wide)
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups cereal (Corn Flakes, Honey Bunches of Oats)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Spray baking pan or line with parchment paper. Crush cereal. Dip fish in eggs, coating evenly. Then coat with cereal. Place in a single layer on prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with favorite sauces.
