1 lb poached/canned salmon, broken up
2 egg whites
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp capers
3 tbsp grated white onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
whole wheat bread crumbs
dill

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all except bread crumbs. Make 8 cakes. Roll in crumbs and bake 10-15 minutes. Garnish with salmon caviar and/or lemon wedges and sour cream/yogurt mix.
