24 regular tart shells or 40 cocktail size tart shells
12 slices bacon
3 oz Swiss cheese
2 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
½ tsp salt
pinch nutmeg
1 tsp sugar
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Fry bacon. Crumble. Shred cheese (should be about ¾ cup). Put the bacon and cheese into the tart shells. Combine the rest and pour equally over bacon/cheese in shells. Bake for 15 minutes at 400˚F, then reduce heat to 300˚ and bake another 15 minutes. Time depends on the size of the shells, so watch carefully and do not over-bake.
