2 eight ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Your choice of pie filling and optional dab of Cool Whip!

Beat well. fill 12 paper lined muffin cups.

Bake around 325 or 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (retyped exactly as originally written on recipe card).

Set out to cool before putting in refrigerator. They will indent when cooling.

When completely cool, fill with pie filling - any kind (cherry, blueberry, strawberry, etc.)

Put small dab of cool whip on top before serving, if you wish!

Thought I would add a recipe I asked my Aunt Jennie to share with me! It has all my favorite ingredients - cream cheese, sugar, vanilla!!!!
