Ingredients:
40 Nilla Wafers, crushed (about 1 and 1/2 cups)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted (butter is better however)
4, eight ounce packages of Philadelphia cream cheese (this brand produces best results), softened, divided
1 cup sugar, divided
3 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla, divided
3 large eggs
1 eight ounce tub of cool Whip whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix wafer crumbs and butter and press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

Beat 3 packages cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg, just until blended. Pour over the crust.

Bake 50-55 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely in the pan.

Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with a mixer in large bowl until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip; spread over cheesecake.

Refrigerate 4 hours. Remove rim of pan just before serving. You can garnish with some fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, when serving.

Personal Notes:
This is the BEST cheesecake you will ever eat! You will LOVE it even if you have never liked cheesecake!! It is even the favorite dessert of my mother in law. (It is the only thing I make that she has ever requested . . . . for the last 46 years!!) I serve this at Easter and for birthdays.
