1 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk (whole, skim, canned or almond)
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 pound bulk pork sausage (regular or sage) or turkey sausage, cooked and drained

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir the ingredients and pour the egg mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

Bake for about 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft.) Decrease baking mix to 2/3 cup. Bake 1 and 1/4 hours.

I like that you can make this simple recipe the night before, then just pop it in the oven the next day.
