2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large or 4 small bananas
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add bananas and vanilla.
Add a little flour with the baking soda and salt mixed in.
Fold in the remaining flour and nuts, if desired.
Bake in preheated oven 325º for 55 - 60 minutes.
