Ingredients:
Lobster Stew - Grandma Cox’s

About 2-3 T. butter
8 oz. lobster meat - fresh is best
About 3 C. milk - part cream if you're not on a diet
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté lobster and butter in a saucepan until the butter
turns red. DO NOT BROWN. Slowly add as much milk or
cream as desired. Simmer gently (but do not boil) for a few
minutes. I think it's even better if it's made earlier in
the day and refrigerated. It allows the flavors to
engage and marry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

I especially like it served with corn bread.
