2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
6 cups unsifted flour
2 teas. baking soda
1 teas. salt
1-28 ounce jar mincemeat (Borden's Non-Such)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a large mxing bowl, cream together-

2 cups butter

3 cups sugar

Add-

6 eggs

Beat until smooth



Combine-

6 cups unsifted flour

2 teas. baking soda

1 teas. salt



Add dry mix to above butter mix



Stir in-

1-28 ounce jar mincemeat (Borden's Non-Such)



Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on PAM -sprayed (or lightly greased) cookie sheets or bake in 11/12” x 17” narrow sided sheets. Use parchment paper for both.



Bake 10-12 minutes as cookies or 15-16 minutes as sheets
