3 C water
1 lb. beef stew meat
1 C onion, chopped
1 C carrots, sliced
1 C celery, sliced
1 (4.5 oz.) Italian tomatoes
2 t salt
1/2 C shredded cabbage
1 T basil
1 t garlic, minced
1 t oregano
1/2 C vermicelli
1 can garbanzo beans
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 C zucchini, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef stew meat into 1 inch cubes. Place water and stew meat in slow cooker. Add onion, carrots, celery, tomatoes, salt, cabbage, basil, garlic, oregano, vermicelli, and undrained beans. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 5 hours. Add thawed mixed vegetables and zucchini during last hour of cooking. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze
