1 lb. boneless cod (baccala)
1 lb. squid (calamari)
1 lb. octopus
1 jar vinegar peppers cut up
1/2 jar green olives with pimentos, drained
1 onion chopped
1 jar pickled mushrooms
1 can black olives drained

Directions:
Directions:
> Soak cod for 2-3 days to remove salt. Drain and cook till it comes to a boil and becomes flakey.
> Clean squid and bring to a boil and cook till it turns from white to pink, about 2-3 minutes.
> Cook octopus in water with netting or cheese cloth over octopus and simmer for 1 hour after it comes to a boil. Drain and cool and pull off all the dark skin as much as you can.
> Cut the squid and octopus in rings.
> Mix all the fish and other ingredients together. Add olive oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to moisten and marinate. Make this at least 3 days before serving.
