2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 
2 medium Onions, chopped
6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 pkg Lean Ground Turkey
3 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Salt
4 14.5-oz cans Salsa-style Tomatoes, undrained
3 16-oz cans Kidney or Black Beans, drained
2 Bell Peppers, diced
1 1/2 c. Medium Picante or Salsa Sauce
Optional toppings: Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, chopped Cilantro

Directions:

Heat oil in 4 qt saucepan or dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Crumble turkey into saucepan; sprinkle with chili powder, cumin and salt; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add tomatoes, beans, bell pepper and picante sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Ladle into bowls and top as desired.
