2 c. dried corn
4 C. water
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, soak corn in water overnight, or use boiling water and soak for 1 hour. Add brown sugar, butter and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add milk and simmer about 10 minutes before serving.
