1 Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust
1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Pie Filling
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 Cup White Sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups (12 oz can) Evaporated Milk

Preheat Oven to 425º

1. Prepare pie crust according to directions on package for 1 filled crust pie. Tip: Spray pie plate with cooking spray for easier serving.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust.

3. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350º and continue baking for an additional 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

4. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired
