1 chicken (4-5lbs)
2t salt
1/2t pepper
1 1/2t paprika
1 1/2t Herbes de Provence
1 onion, chopped
20 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Remove chicken giblets, rinse and dry. Rub with seasonings. Put chopped onion on bottom of crockpot, add chicken on top and place garlic over chicken. Turn crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
